We can always buy other protective gears, like jacket with body
armor, riding boots, kevlar pants, kevlar gloves, etc.
But most of us don't grow money on our backyard (a lot of us don't
even have a backyard). 
So we have to prioritize. Personally, I'll prioritize on a good
helmet. Then the rest will follow, provided I have the money.
